I'm Chef Jason and even though I might not have the degree I'm top notch, I've applied to chopped numerous times but we're all considered home cooks right?
I'm now a "line cook" for IPFW in Fort Wayne, Indiana. Born, Raised and will more likely die in New Orleans. I have tons of ideas, things that are so special to me. New Year so I have my bartenders license but can't get a job doing it, after years of being a "good" stay at home dad I broke into the real industry. You want to be a chef, bartender? So do I!
